Horrible Customer Service

I bought this app a while ago and never set it up. When I had the time I tried to get it to work and my new HP wireless printer could not be found. I tried all of their "ideas" on their site and had zero success. I have since contacted the customer service department and they wont get back with me. DO NOT BUY THIS APP. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!
